HYDAC is a family-owned and operated business with a vibrant and rewarding working environment for our employees across the country. Our goal is to provide quality products, components and services that meet our customer expectations while being committed to the protection and preservation of our environment. HYDAC’s passionate team designs and manufactures a comprehensive line of innovative and reliable solutions optimized for any demand our customers require.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports day-to-day execution of organic digital marketing with a strong emphasis on social media and short-form video. This role plans and publishes content, captures and edits video, and uses analytics to continuously improve performance. The coordinator also provides light support in CRM and reporting (including Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI), and helps keep website content accurate, current, and aligned with campaign priorities.

You will make an impact in this role by:

  • Short-form video development: Concept, script, storyboard, and produce short videos (Reels/Shorts-style) from existing assets and new footage; optimize content for each platform’s format, length, captions, and best practices.
  • Videography \& post-production: Support on-site and in-house video shoots (setup, lighting, audio, framing); edit footage into polished deliverables (cuts, color correction, basic motion graphics, titles, audio leveling, captioning) and export platform-ready versions.
  • Content creation \& repurpose: Create digital-first assets (copy, images, simple graphics, short clips) and repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, demos, application stories) into social-ready formats.
  • Community support: Help monitor comments and messages, route technical questions to subject-matter experts, and escalate issues appropriately; support engagement activities that build credibility and reach.
  • Website content updates: Coordinate and execute basic website content changes in the CMS (landing pages, blogs/news, product/application pages) and ensure content accuracy, link integrity, and consistent messaging. Conduct site audits for content accuracy.
  • Paid \+ unpaid digital advertising support: Assist in planning and execution of digital advertising programs that complement organic efforts, including geo-fencing (event and location-based targeting), website retargeting, and always-on awareness/consideration campaigns; coordinate creative versions, audiences, flight dates, budgets, and campaign QA.
  • New customer acquisition \+ CRM-based outreach: Support new-customer acquisition efforts by building and maintaining target audiences (e.g., contextual and categorical targeting, account/industry segments, and CRM-based matched audiences). Partner with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with CRM segments and lifecycle stages and ensure messaging is consistent across touchpoints.
  • Paid media measurement \& optimization: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (impressions, reach, clicks/CTR, view-throughs, landing-page engagement, conversions where applicable); recommend optimizations based on performance, audience quality, and website behavior. Coordinate pixel/tag needs and ensure tracking is implemented appropriately.
  • Analytics \& optimization: Track performance by channel and content type; produce recurring summaries highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and recommended next actions based on data.
  • CRM and funnel awareness: Coordinate with Marketing and Sales on campaign tracking and audience segments; support contact/list hygiene activities and ensure digital campaigns align with CRM processes.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Work with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to capture stories, schedule content, gather approvals, and keep projects moving on timeline.
  • Key skills and attributes include (Tools \& Technologies (Experience with/or a willingness to learn):
