Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Director / Senior Director Of Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision for the company’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) offering
  • Manage a team of Product Managers and contribute to delivering key GSOC components
  • Perform business analysis and guide discussions on packaging, licensing, and pricing
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure positive outcomes for clients
  • Own product roadmapping including research and aligning business goals to product capabilities
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Lead the go-to-market efforts ensuring successful launches across multiple departments

Qualifications

  • 10 years of SaaS Product Management experience, including 3 years managing complex integrations
  • Proven track record in building a product strategy and roadmap
  • Experience in full product lifecycle management of new products
  • B2B experience with Fortune 500 customers, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams and project schedules
  • Familiarity with working with Engineering and QA teams in India
  • Capability to manage the software development lifecycle effectively
