About the role:

As a

Communications Manager

at STADA Ukraine, you will play a key role in building and strengthening the company’s reputation both externally and internally. You will position STADA Ukraine as a growth leader in the market, support our ambitious business agenda through impactful external communications, and ensure clear, consistent, and engaging internal communication for all employees in Ukraine.

Kyiv, Ukraine \| Full-Time, remote.

Reporting line:

GM Ukraine.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

External Communication

  • Position STADA Ukraine as a growth leader and trusted partner in the pharmaceutical market.
  • Plan and implement external communication activities to proactively share and celebrate company successes (e.g. brand awards, successful new launches, key business milestones).
  • Strengthen employer branding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. media, PR agencies, event organizers) in alignment with global and local guidelines.
  • Create and adapt communication materials (press releases, media comments, presentations, social media content) in line with the STADA brand.

Internal Communication

  • Manage, coordinate and improve internal communication channels, including the MySTADA App, email newsletters, intranet, Teams channels, and Town Halls.
  • Ensure consistent, clear and engaging communication with all employees—from office staff to sales and TechOps—across locations, with particular attention to communication needs during wartime.
  • Support internal campaigns and ensure visibility of global and local initiatives.
  • Work closely with local leadership and the Culture \& People team to design and deliver communication plans that strengthen engagement, alignment with company strategy, and One STADA culture.
  • Collect feedback from employees on communication effectiveness and propose improvements.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, HR or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (internal communications, corporate communications, PR, employer branding or related areas).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English; ability to adapt messages to different audiences and channels.
  • Experience in managing communication projects and campaigns, including planning, content development and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level.
  • High level of responsibility, integrity, collaboration and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Experience in an international organization, and/or in the pharmaceutical/FMCG sector, will be an advantage.
