UX Designer - Figma Make / SaaS

Our Client is a VC-backed B2B SaaS telehealth infrastructure and enablement platform. They help companies launch, operate, and scale digital healthcare and telehealth businesses without having to build all of the medical/pharmacy/compliance and software infrastructure themselves.

Location:

Remote - must be based in US and eligible to work for any US employer. No sponsorship or C2C can be offered at this time. No third party / C2C vendors.

Required Skills \& Technologies

• 3-5 years professional UX design experience, ideally within B2B or B2B2C SaaS
• Expertise with Figma
• Recent professional experience with Figma Make, AI-forward UX/Design, and prompt-based design
• Expertise with rapid prototyping and working on multiple products simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience working across complex user flows / user journeys; such as onboarding, registration, funnel optimization, checkout, etc.
• Experience working in scrappy start-up environment
• Interest or experience in health-tech
• Experience working closely with product and engineering

Additional Skills

• Bachelor’s in Design or STEM adjacent field
• Experience at both an established / scaled organization and also a start-up
• Health-tech
• Active portfolio

Salary:

\+/- 130,000 - 150,000 base salary (based on experience), plus 20% annual cash bonus
