Job Description
Join a dynamic development team supporting a payment gateway used by various businesses.
Responsibilities Include
- Writing efficient, testable code and automated tests
- Supporting and resolving production issues
- Participating in technical design and architectural decisions
- Conducting peer reviews and ensuring adherence to project standards
- Maintaining API documentation and improving system performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Supporting on-call rotations and mentoring junior engineers
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Java web application development in an agile environment
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Junit, Maven, RabbitMQ, RESTful services, and SQL databases
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Comfort with remote work and a growth mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and ask questions when needed
Preferred Extras
- Experience with payment gateways, JavaScript, mobile development, NoSQL, CI/CD, and AI tools
