This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of innovative software products that leverage AI and machine learning to transform complex technical workflows into impactful, user-friendly solutions. You will manage products throughout their full lifecycle, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-disciplinary environments, translating technical and clinical requirements into actionable product strategies while driving adoption, performance improvements, and revenue growth. This position allows you to directly shape product roadmaps, influence regulatory and validation processes, and impact customer outcomes in the life sciences and healthcare technology space.
Accountabilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more AI-driven software products, guiding feature development and model improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, and clinical advisors to define objectives, metrics, and tradeoffs for AI model development and deployment.
- Partner with user experience designers and workflow engineers to translate complex clinical and technical requirements into intuitive end-to-end workflows.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, deployment data, and support trends to evaluate product performance and inform iterative improvements.
- Manage external partner relationships to gather inputs, support integration, and drive product initiatives forward.
- Support regulatory and validation efforts, contributing to study design, documentation, and compliance materials.
- Maintain ISO-compliant product development documentation and ensure alignment across internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM; MBA is a plus.
- 5\+ years of experience in software product management or related roles.
- Strong technical skills and data literacy, including experience with Python, SQL, advanced spreadsheets, or data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, sampling methods, false positives/negatives, and data analysis limitations.
- Proven ability to define, launch, and maintain successful software products.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Proactive learner with a capacity to navigate ambiguity and organize complex projects.
- Experience in life sciences, clinical microbiology, or microscopy is a plus.
- Familiarity with FDA or IVDR regulatory frameworks is preferred.
