What you'll do:

• Identify and troubleshoot business issues by analyzing data and distinguishing internal from external problems.
• Support strategic initiatives by evaluating processes, determining capacity needs, and executing integration plans.
• Contribute to project management by maintaining schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and generate reports to inform business decisions.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress toward goals.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Model compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities.

• Proven experience in business process mapping and evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000\.00 - $95,000\.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
