We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, JavaScript, and CSS to join our team. This role focuses on delivering rich, intuitive, and highly customized UI/UX experiences, going beyond traditional Salesforce implementations.

You will play a key role in designing and building next-generation user experiences that align with modern web standards while leveraging the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

custom Salesforce applications

using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Design and build

rich, responsive, and user-friendly UI/UX solutions

with a strong focus on usability and performance

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain

Apex classes, triggers, and REST APIs

to support application functionality

• Customize Salesforce using

Lightning App Builder, Flows, and declarative tools

where appropriate

• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized

JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

code

• Ensure

cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong sense of ownership
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and UI/UX trends

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with:

+ Lightning Web Components (LWC)

+ Apex development

+ JavaScript (ES6\+)

+ HTML5 \& CSS3

• Experience in building

custom UI/UX beyond standard Salesforce capabilities

• Good understanding of

Salesforce architecture, data models, and security model

• Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity with

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
