Purchasing Specialist (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with an innovative organization to hire a

Purchasing Specialist

to join a collaborative procurement team. This role offers strong exposure to compliance-driven purchasing and cross-functional projects.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate procurement of goods and services in line with company policies
• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
• Create and manage purchase orders, confirming pricing, specs, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, including federal guidelines when applicable
• Maintain vendor relationships and support supplier performance management
• Assist with onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor records
• Support change orders, audits, and reporting requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3\+ years of procurement experience
• Experience reviewing requisitions and managing purchase orders
• Understanding of procurement policies and compliance requirements (government contracts a plus)
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Additional details:

• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
• Salary range: $55K–$65K
