. You will be responsible for overseeing financial management while also driving revenue strategy, optimising sales performance, and supporting strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Controller / Finance Lead:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO):

• Own and drive revenue growth strategies across all business lines.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models.
• Optimise sales and customer success processes to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategy and execution.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, balancing financial health with growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and revenue performance.
• Mentor and manage finance and revenue-focused team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5\+ years of experience in finance leadership, business development, or revenue strategy roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance.
• Proven experience driving revenue growth and executing commercial strategies.
• Exceptional multitasking, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
