Job Description
We are seeking a Content Strategy Manager to bring our clients bold aesthetic to life through integrated, high-impact campaigns that feel cohesive, elevated, and scroll-stopping. This role will lead content direction from concept through execution, balancing brand storytelling with business priorities and customer needs. You will operate at the intersection of creativity and operations, building a scalable content engine while maintaining a strong, consistent editorial voice across all channels.
This is a full-time, direct hire role that is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Boca Raton, Florida (non-negotiable).
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a content engine that leverages AI-assisted workflows, editorial standards, and quality assurance processes to increase output without adding headcount
- Establish AI guardrails to ensure content remains on-brand, high-quality, and authentic at scale
- Source, manage, and guide a network of freelance writers and external partners to deliver consistent voice and tone
- Develop and execute a cohesive content framework across all channels, including website, email, SMS, paid and organic social, direct mail, and PR
- Partner with performance marketing teams to support content development for paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and CTV
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats, adapting strategy as needed
- Own and enforce brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all content touchpoints
- Oversee all brand content, including website, landing pages, email, and editorial assets
- Lead end-to-end campaign development from concept through optimization, ensuring cohesive storytelling
- Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven content strategies
- Manage and mentor a junior content creator, providing direction, feedback, and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, merchandising, eCommerce, and community teams to align messaging and execution
- Partner with the Community Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across organic and creator content
- Manage and maintain the campaign calendar across launches, promotions, and key moments
- Lead SEO-driven content planning to increase organic traffic and brand visibility
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize strategy
- Manage relationships with freelance writers, agencies, and technology partners
- Build efficient briefing, feedback, and approval workflows
- Track content production, timelines, and quality standards
Qualifications
- 5\+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership (fashion, lifestyle, or DTC preferred)
- Proven experience scaling content through freelancers, internal teams, or AI tools
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and a thoughtful approach to using them authentically
- Strong background in leading integrated campaigns that drive both brand awareness and performance
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate insights into compelling content and campaigns
- Strong editorial judgment and deep understanding of brand voice
- Familiarity with performance marketing content and channel-specific best practices
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and conversion drivers
