Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Tarvos Talent is looking for a highly skilled leader for a FP\&A Analyst role for a software company in Austin. This role will have a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate their leadership and partner with executives.

Requirements:

• 3\+ years of progressive experience in FP\&A, strategic finance, or a related function.
• Experience at a public SaaS or high-growth technology company is strongly preferred
• Familiarity of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40, cohort analysis) and a demonstrated ability to connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build flexible, scalable models from scratch and pressure-test assumptions rigorously.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise narratives for both financial and non-financial audiences.
