The

Senior Manager, Product Sourcing \& Vendor Management

(Peru) will be the local sourcing expert for Staples’ Own Brand products in Latin/South America. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers quickly and efficiently, ensuring speed, quality, and cost optimization within the policies, procedures and processes of SBIN BV.

What You’ll Do

Operating within the policies, procedures and processes of SBIN BV, the Senior Manager, Product Sourcing \& Vendor Management, will perform the following:

· Act as the regional sourcing expert for office supplies, furniture, technology accessories, and breakroom products.

· Build a scalable capability to identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers quickly and efficiently.

· Oversee the full sourcing cycle including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, and vendor onboarding.

· Collect and leverage data to evaluate RFQs, identify opportunities, and drive high-ROI activities.

· Monitor and drive performance and service levels to deliver efficiency and quality improvements.

· Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to identify emerging suppliers and trends.

· Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues in collaboration with global teams.

· Ensure compliance with Staples’ sourcing policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

· Prepare reports on supplier performance, onboarding speed, and cost-saving initiatives.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

· 8\+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in consumer goods.

· Proven track record of onboarding suppliers and managing vendor relationships in Peru/Latin \& South America.

· Strong cost optimization and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in English.

· Ability to travel up to 40% within Latin/South America and limited international travel for training.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of regional supply base for office products.

· Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, FSC, BIFMA).

· Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
