Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform / brand Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues
- Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
- Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective
- Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer’s experience
- Analyze on-going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights \& recommendations
- Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in campaign management or project management preferably in a B2B e-commerce or tech environment.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
- Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journey.
- Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs.
