ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed social media content manager who can juggle multiple brand voices without dropping a beat. Your north star is revenue - you'll use content and community to move product, both on-platform and off. You'll own the full loop: create, publish, engage, and convert, while building and managing influencer relationships that extend reach and credibility across brands.
This is a high-ownership role on a lean team. You'll work closely with leadership and have real visibility into brand strategy. If you can manage chaos, think in funnels, and genuinely enjoy being in the comments - we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Content Creation \& Publishing
- Develop and execute content strategies for 5\+ brands simultaneously, each with a distinct voice and audience
- Produce short-form video, static, carousel, and story content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Write copy that converts - product CTAs, link-in-bio funnels, and caption hooks that stop the scroll
- Build and optimize sales-driving content formats: shoppable posts, swipe-up flows, TikTok Shop listings, and direct response content designed to move product
- Maintain brand-consistent aesthetics, tone, and messaging across all accounts
- Manage content calendars and scheduling across all active brands
Engagement \& Community
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all brand accounts daily
- Identify and act on high-intent interactions - someone asking "where can I buy this?" is a conversion opportunity, not just a comment
- Foster brand loyalty through consistent, on-brand engagement that drives repeat interaction
- Track trending sounds, formats, and conversations relevant to each brand's niche
- Surface audience insights and content-market fit signals to leadership
Influencer Outreach \& Management
- Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and UGC creators aligned to each brand's target audience and sales goals
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines; manage contracts and briefs
- Brief creators on product messaging, CTAs, and brand standards - and hold them to it
- Track influencer performance against sales and engagement KPIs; optimize the roster continuously
- Build and maintain an active, tiered influencer database (nano through macro) across relevant niches
- Coordinate affiliate codes and commission structures to tie influencer activity directly to revenue
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
- 3\+ years managing social media for multiple brands or clients simultaneously
- Proven track record of content that drove measurable sales - on-platform (TikTok Shop, Instagram checkout) or off (Shopify, Amazon, retail)
- Hands-on influencer sourcing, outreach, and management experience - not just coordination
- Strong short-form video instincts: you understand hooks, pacing, and what makes people buy
- Comfortable context-switching across brands with completely different voices and audiences
- Data-literate: you know your KPIs and can clearly report on what's working and what isn't
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with e-commerce brands (Amazon, Shopify DTC, or CPG)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (LTK, ShareASale, Amazon Associates)
- Comfort with AI content tools (image gen, voiceover, caption assist)
- Experience managing pet, lifestyle, home, or wellness brand verticals
- Ability to work with minimal oversight in a fast-moving, small-team environment

Pay: $50,000\.00 - $60,000\.00 per year
