Tech Recruiter (top tier US buyside) – up to $HK 100,00 p/m base + generous bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offers → closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent (Boolean searches, outreach, referrals, events, communities).
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across priority skill sets (e.g., backend, data engineering, cloud, security).
• Conduct structured interviews and assess for technical competency, leadership/team fit, and impact.
• Coordinate interview loops with engineering, data, security, product, and business stakeholders; ensure consistent evaluation and timelines.
• Provide market insights and recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Maintain strong candidate experience standards (clear communication, feedback loops, and timely updates).
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve process, tooling, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5\+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical recruiting capacity (in-house or agency).
• Open to candidates coming from either New York or London markets
