Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)

E-Logic is seeking a Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to provide strategic IT leadership and advisory services in support Assabet Valley Collaborate. This role is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with mission objectives, developing long-term IT roadmaps, and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT strategic roadmap
• Provide executive-level advisory services to stakeholders
• Lead IT governance, budgeting, and technology planning
• Align IT services with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Oversee cybersecurity posture and risk management strategies
• Recommend infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives
• Serve as primary advisor for IT investments and vendor decisions
• Support policy development, audits, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10\+ years of IT leadership experience
• Experience supporting government or public sector clients
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
