Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with

inbound leads

and convert them into successful enrollments

• Provide

career-oriented counseling

to working professionals regarding certification programs

• Drive

monthly revenue targets

through effective sales conversations and consultative selling

• Maintain consistent

follow-ups, lead nurturing, and CRM updates

• Build strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the admissions process

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience

in

**Inside Sales / Admissions Counseling / BDA

*(mandatory)***

• Prior experience in EdTech will be preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation:

₹3 – 4 LPA \+ Attractive Incentives per month
