Job Description
Our client is a well-established, privately owned financial services firm in the DC area managing operations across two related legal entities. The team is lean, the culture is strong, and the firm is in an active period of process and systems improvement.
This is a high-visibility seat on a small accounting team reporting directly to senior finance leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own and reconcile the general ledger across two entities
- Manage AP, accruals, and expense processing
- Prepare internal financial reports and support budgeting
- Contribute to an ongoing systems upgrade and process improvement initiative
- Support audit and regulatory reporting
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of GL accounting experience
- Financial or investment management background preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong Excel skills
