Senior Accountant

! For the last few years, the business has delivered consistent double-digit growth, driven by retail expansion, digital acceleration, and a strong national sales force. Now, the finance function is evolving to support the next phase of structured, scalable growth.

The U.S. entity operates a diversified model across:

• Luxury retail boutiques
• High-growth e-commerce
• National wholesale distribution
• Prestigious hospitality partnerships

The Opportunity

This is more than a Senior Accountant role — it is a clear succession plan.

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the current Controller, you will play a central role in strengthening accounting operations, enhancing inventory controls, and building the foundation for more robust FP\&A capabilities.

Over the next 2–3 years, you will progressively step into the Controller position as part of a planned leadership transition.

What You’ll Own

• Support and enhance the monthly close process
• Strengthen inventory accounting and multi-channel inventory flows (retail, wholesale, e-commerce)
• Partner with operations in an inventory-heavy environment
• Support system optimization during the ongoing migration to Oracle NetSuite
• Develop reporting and analytical tools to support decision-making
• Contribute to building scalable finance processes in a growing, multi-entity business

This role requires someone who enjoys being hands-on — not purely strategic, not purely transactional — but deeply engaged in the mechanics of the business.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Audit background strongly preferred (Big 4 / Top 20 a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or audit
• Exposure to Food \& Beverage, luxury goods, retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• French is a strong plus
