Job Description

Fortaegis is a deep-tech semiconductor scale-up redefining the future of compute by embedding security directly into silicon. We are building a next-generation secure compute platform for data centers, defense, automotive, and critical infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of advanced technology, geopolitics, and industry, Fortaegis is positioned to become a foundational player in secure digital infrastructure.

The role

As a Strategy Analyst, you will be part of the central strategy and operations team, working closely with senior leadership. You will support and structure Fortaegis’ most critical strategic priorities — from market positioning and international expansion to fundraising and long-term growth planning. This is a high-exposure role with direct impact on decision making in an ambitious, fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic analysis \& positioning

  • Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analyses
  • Develop business cases for new markets, products, and strategic initiatives
  • Structure complex strategic questions and translate them into clear recommendations

Executive narrative \& investor readiness

  • Create and continuously refine board- and investor-grade materials (strategic memos, narratives, and presentations)
  • Translate complex technical work into clear, compelling storylines and visuals for senior stakeholders
  • Own and upgrade key fundraising infrastructure, including the Virtual Data Room (VDR): structuring, maintaining, and ensuring diligence-ready documentation at all times

Special projects

  • Lead and support high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to organizational and operational structuring in a high-growth phase

Profile requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to quickly distill complexity into clear insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, high-performance environment
  • Highly ambitious, ownership-driven, and intellectually rigorous
  • Nice to have: understanding of semiconductor market or semiconductor systems
