A rapidly expanding company specialising in sourcing and distributing premium ingredients across Ireland and international markets.

Due to continued growth, the company is now seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Supply Chain Coordinator to support the movement of products across multiple countries and suppliers.

The Role

This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will manage the movement of fresh ingredients from supplier through to customer while ensuring service levels, quality, and efficiency are maintained.

The role would suit someone with experience in food distribution, FMCG, logistics, or another fast-moving supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across multiple countries
• Work closely with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, and customers
• Monitor stock movement, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Manage transport bookings and supply chain documentation
• Ensure accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve operational and logistical issues quickly and efficiently
• Support inventory management and forecasting activities
• Maintain strong service levels while controlling operational costs
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or food coordination
• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or other fast-moving sectors is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good systems and ERP experience preferred
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
