Your Role

We are looking for a

Program Manager– User Experience (UX)

with

15–20\+ years of experience

to lead and scale a large, distributed UX practice (\~140 designers) across India. This role is accountable for defining enterprise‑wide UX strategy, governing practice operations, strengthening leadership capability, and driving business growth through UX‑led transformation. You will operate as a senior leader, trusted client advisor, and external ambassador for design excellence.

Your Profile

• 15–20\+ years of experience

in UX design, UX strategy, and senior leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading or governing

large UX organizations (100\+ designers)

.

• Strong background in enterprise UX, large transformation programs, and consulting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through leaders and manage distributed, multi‑location teams.
• Hands‑on experience with practice governance, financials, KPIs, and performance management.
• Deep expertise in UX strategy, research, design systems, service design, and scalable design frameworks.
• Strong experience in pre‑sales, solutioning, executive‑level client engagement, and deal shaping.
• Ability to review, challenge, and elevate UX solutions for strategic, business, and delivery impact.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience in global consulting / professional services organizations strongly preferred.
• Exposure to

AI in UX, data‑driven design, and emerging technologies

is a strong advantage.
