Job Description

The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, costing, and positioning end-to-end engineering, telecommunications, and infrastructure solutions that support FINSI's growth across Engineering Outsourcing, Fiber Space Optics (FSO), Facilities Management, Fiber Cabling, Fiber Roll-Out, FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home), FTTB (Fiber-to-the-Building), and Engineering Managed Services.

The role acts as the technical and commercial lead during the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into scalable, profitable, and differentiated solutions. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Delivery teams to develop winning proposals, business cases, and implementation approaches that address customer business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1\.)

Solution Design \& Engineering Consulting.

Engage customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, operational challenges, and infrastructure needs.

2\.)

Conduct technical discovery sessions, site assessments, workshops, and solution discussions.

3\.)

Design end-to-end engineering and telecommunications solutions tailored to customer requirements.

4\.)

Develop network architectures, deployment models, engineering frameworks, operational support structures, and managed service offerings.

5\.)

Commercial \& Pricing Development

Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to develop accurate costing and pricing models.

Prepare commercial proposals that balance competitiveness, profitability, and delivery feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Civil, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related discipline).

Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, engineering consulting, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or managed services.
  • Proven experience in designing telecommunications, engineering, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise, telecommunications, utility, government, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in technical proposal development, bid management, and customer presentations.
