Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at ProPedix Inc. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand growth across biopharma and consumer health portfolios. Daily responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, overseeing content creation, and coordinating with internal teams such as Product, R\&D, Sales, and Regulatory. The role involves analyzing market trends and performance data, optimizing campaigns for brand awareness and revenue, managing external agencies or vendors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Manager will also support go-to-market plans, customer education initiatives, and marketing processes that align with compliance and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM, marketing automation).
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart and Social commerce and social media required.
  • OTC experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills for customer-facing and internal marketing materials.
  • Project management skills, including timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and vendor oversight.
  • Experience in biopharma, consumer health, dermatology, or related healthcare industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with self-directed work habits and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with common marketing and collaboration platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, project management software).
