AI Developer

We're looking for a technical professional, AI Developer with proven experience to join our Bright Insights Business Unit for building secure, scalable artificial intelligence systems as well as data-for-AI solutions. In this role you will develop our cutting-edge AI Data platforms used by world-leading brands.

Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Assist in designing, using and sometimes creating machine learning algorithms.
• Data Pipelines: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs and results for model training.
• Deployment \& Integration: Help deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Monitoring \& Optimization: Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Scale: Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java (C\+\+ is a plus).
• AI/ML Frameworks: Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Data Handling: Working knowledge of SQL, pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Cloud \& Tools: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git).
