Our client is building a healthcare platform, using AI to proactively handle prior authorizations, verify benefits, and track insurance status to ensure patients are ready to receive care. By handling administrative tasks upfront, they empower providers to focus on their patients while expanding care capacity with support from therapeutic experts.
The Role
You’ll help scale a cutting-edge platform tackling complex healthcare workflows. Key initiatives include:
- Building a clinical case management system to streamline insurer interactions
- Developing external APIs to standardize prior authorization data
- Integrating advanced AI tools to automate manual processes like phone calls and web portals
You’ll work closely with leadership to translate real-world healthcare challenges into impactful software solutions.
