Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Backend API Developer

with strong expertise in

Go (preferred) or Python

, REST API development, SQL, and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build high-performance microservices using Go (preferred) or Python.
• Design API contracts, implement versioning, and ensure adherence to REST best practices.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for high-performance database operations.
• Design and optimize database schemas to improve application efficiency.
• Develop reusable API frameworks and backend components.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and API documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments for development, debugging, and deployment.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
