As a Backend Engineer, you will take ownership of production services for a rapidly scaling fintech platform. Working with Node.js, Postgres, and Redis, you will build and maintain robust APIs that handle critical financial data. What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services using Node.js and Postgres.
• Architect and scale production infrastructure to ensure 99\.9% uptime and low-latency responses for global users.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define technical requirements and lead the implementation of complex features.

The ideal candidate

• Has 4\+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex APIs and production services in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses expert-level knowledge of SQL and Postgres, with a proven track record of optimizing database performance and data integrity.
• Demonstrates a history of clear ownership over scaling or reliability projects, ideally with experience in AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
