💰 Up to $170,000 Base Salary

We’re partnered with a fast-growing fintech company building high-performance infrastructure that supports large-scale global financial transactions. Their platform powers complex payment, trading, and settlement systems used by enterprise clients operating at significant scale.

This is an opportunity to join a highly technical engineering team working on modern backend systems in an environment where engineers have real ownership, influence product direction, and work closely with leadership and product teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering mission-critical fintech platforms.
• Develop Java / Spring Boot microservices used in high-volume production environments.
• Build robust APIs and distributed backend workflows with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed systems and cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and infrastructure improvements.
• Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions.

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, or trading systems is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
