UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and thoughtful UX Designer with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in design thinking, interaction design, and problem solving. The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys crafting meaningful digital experiences, understands user behavior, and can translate complex problems into intuitive product journeys.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields are preferred. Experience working on SaaS/B2B products and familiarity with AI tools and workflows will be an added advantage.

As a UX Designer at COPODS DESIGN TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION LLP, you will play a key role in shaping user-centric experiences that inspire customer delight while contributing to innovative digital products across industries and platforms.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, strategists, and stakeholders
• Participating in various stages of the design process including research, brainstorming, storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability thinking
• Translating business requirements and user needs into meaningful product experiences
• Creating user flows, navigation systems, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and interaction concepts
• Collaborating closely with UI development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Contributing to product vision and experience strategy through analytical and empathetic problem solving
• Exploring innovative concepts while balancing desirability, feasibility, and business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant UX/Product Design experience
• Strong understanding of design thinking, interaction design principles, and user-centered design
• Experience designing digital products for SaaS/B2B platforms (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools/workflows is a plus
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively through presentations and storytelling
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
• Understanding of accessibility, adaptability, and performance best practices
• Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments
• Active interest in design communities, conferences, blogs, webinars, or thought leadership activities will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields
