Marketing Operations Assistant Manager

Craftmade Food Experiences \| Mumbai

We’re looking for someone who understands how to bring structure to creativity. Someone who can take ownership, drive execution, and keep multiple moving parts aligned, from campaigns and launches to collaborations and performance tracking.

This is a more senior role for someone who has spent a few years in the ecosystem and is now ready to lead marketing operations with clarity, consistency, and intent.

At Craftmade Food Experiences, you’ll be responsible for the end to end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, collaborations, and brand moments are delivered seamlessly across channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and launch calendars across multiple brands and projects
  • Owning marketing operations workflows, trackers, and budgets
  • Preparing detailed performance reports and translating data into actionable insights
  • Tracking paid media performance and optimising campaigns alongside internal teams and agencies
  • Driving brand collaborations and partnerships, from coordination to execution
  • Working closely with creative, brand, and external partners to ensure smooth rollouts
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying gaps, and proactively solving for them
  • Supporting new launches, activations, and growth initiatives end to end

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, reporting, and campaign analytics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Clear communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and operational tools
  • Proactive, solution oriented, and hands on in execution

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG, Restaurants, \& luxury dessert and chocolate brands
  • Experience handling brand collaborations and partnerships
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and campaign execution
