Job Description
Our client is a leading global financial services firm seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner / IT Business Analyst to manage and enhance credit technology systems. This role will focus on system implementations, operational efficiency, and improving user experience across private credit workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the organization’s credit system, including ongoing module implementations and enhancements.
- Lead delivery of new modules, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee post-implementation work, including integration, process improvements, and user experience optimization.
- Gather business requirements, document workflows, and define reporting standards.
- Utilize technical skills, including SQL/database querying, to support system functionality and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 5\+ years of experience as a Product Owner or IT Business Analyst in private credit or asset management systems.
- Proven track record in owning or supporting system implementations and/or new module rollouts.
- Strong experience with credit system platforms (Allvue or comparable solutions preferred).
- Technical expertise in SQL/database querying and report generation.
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.
