We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer

to help shape and scale a strategic, AI-driven internal product. This role goes beyond hands-on development — we are seeking a senior technologist who can combine deep engineering expertise with architectural thinking and product-level impact. The ideal candidate brings 10\+ years of experience building and evolving complex systems across multiple technology stacks. While experience in .NET or Java is preferred, we value engineers who are language-agnostic, adaptable, and comfortable navigating diverse technical environments. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the growth of a proprietary AI product with long-term strategic importance. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical strategy and architectural direction of an AI-driven product
• Design and build scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems
• Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to align engineering decisions with company objectives
• Work across multiple languages and frameworks as required by evolving product needs
• Drive technical improvements, optimization, and innovation initiatives
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering peers
• Support the continuous evolution of AI-powered capabilities within the platform

Hard Skills:

• 10\+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, Python, or Go
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple technology stacks
• Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications or demonstrated interest in AI-driven product development

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect engineering decisions to business impact
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without formal authority
• High adaptability and learning agility in fast-evolving environments
