Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Media Creator and Social Media Manager role based in San Diego, CA. The role involves planning, creating, and editing photo and video trendy content that showcases the team, fun moments, workflow, clinical work, patient journeys, and the practice’s brand across digital channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner. The Media Creator and Social Media Manager will collaborate with clinical and front-office teams to capture content, support campaigns, and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, suggesting improvements based on data, and staying current with trends in social media, dental marketing, and digital content.
Qualifications
- Strong media production skills, including photography, videography, basic lighting, and video/photo editing using common tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content planning, posting, community management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to develop and execute content calendars and simple campaign concepts aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a clinical schedule.
- Comfort working in a healthcare or clinical environment, with a commitment to patient privacy, professionalism, and ethical content practices.
- Willingness to be on-site full time in San Diego, CA, collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams.
Salary begins at $62000 annually plus goal based bonus and commission
