Location:

Compensation:

$190k base / $320k OTE \+ equity

Reports to: Global Chief Executive Officer

We are a fast-growing UK-based SaaS and cloud consultancy expanding our operations into the United States. Our business focuses on delivering enterprise transformation programmes built on the Oracle cloud ecosystem, helping global organisations modernise finance, HR, customer engagement and planning processes through cloud technology and advisory services.

As we scale our North American presence, we are seeking an experienced

Chief of Sales / Head of Sales

to lead revenue growth, build a US sales organisation, and drive enterprise adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Role Overview

The Chief of Sales will be responsible for

establishing and scaling our US revenue function

, building strategic enterprise relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team focused on Oracle Cloud services.

This role requires a

proven sales leader with demonstrable experience selling Oracle Cloud services within a consultancy or systems integrator environment

, with deep familiarity across the Oracle application stack and cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will drive pipeline creation, close enterprise deals, and shape our go-to-market strategy across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership

  • Own and deliver

North American revenue targets and ARR growth

  • Develop and execute the

US go-to-market strategy

  • Build and manage a

high-performing sales organisation

  • Establish predictable

pipeline generation and forecasting

Oracle Cloud Sales

Lead enterprise sales across the Oracle cloud portfolio including:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI – IaaS)
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Oracle CX Cloud
  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud

Covering the full cloud stack:

  • SaaS
  • PaaS
  • IaaS

Across key enterprise transformation pillars:

  • HCM
  • Finance / ERP
  • CRM / CX
  • EPM / Planning
  • Cloud Infrastructure \& Platform

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build senior relationships with

Oracle field sales teams and alliance leaders

  • Develop joint pipeline initiatives with Oracle and ecosystem partners
  • Represent the company within the Oracle partner ecosystem

Business Development

  • Identify and close

large enterprise transformation programmes

  • Develop

C-suite relationships

across CFO, CIO, CHRO and CTO functions

  • Build strategic accounts and long-term consulting engagements

Sales Operations \& Team Building

  • Recruit and scale the

US sales team

  • Implement enterprise sales processes and forecasting
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and consulting teams to drive growth

Required Experience

Essential

  • 10\+ years enterprise technology sales experience
  • 5\+ years selling Oracle Cloud services
  • Experience within a

consulting, systems integrator, or cloud advisory firm

  • Demonstrated success selling

large enterprise transformation programmes

  • Proven track record achieving

multi-million dollar revenue targets

Deep knowledge of Oracle cloud ecosystem including:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle ERP / Finance Cloud
  • Oracle CX / CRM Cloud
  • Oracle EPM
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Additional requirements

  • Strong executive presence with ability to sell to

C-suite stakeholders

  • Experience building

sales teams and scaling revenue functions

  • Established

relationships within the Oracle ecosystem

Preferred Background

Ideal candidates will have experience from organisations such as:

  • Oracle partner consultancies
  • Enterprise systems integrators
  • Cloud transformation firms

Or experience working closely with the Oracle ecosystem including companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12–24 months the successful candidate will:

  • Establish a strong

US pipeline and enterprise client base

  • Build the

North American sales team

  • Close multiple

Oracle cloud transformation deals

  • Create strategic partnerships across the Oracle ecosystem
  • Deliver significant

ARR growth in the US market

Compensation

  • Base salary:

$190,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$320,000

  • Equity participation
  • Performance-based incentives tied to ARR growth
