Medical Technologist - 3rd shift & Weekend Available

Pay Rate Low: 33 \| Pay Rate High: 45

A non-profit organization that specializes in blood donation for hospitals is seeking a couple Medical Technologists to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team that offers reimbursement for professional licenses, educational assistance, student loan repayment program and so much more. 3rd shift and weekend shift available!

Schedules Available

• 3rd shift: 11p-7a, 5 days a week to include rotating weekends and holidays
• Weekend: 11a-9p Friday-Monday

Location

: Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Pay:

DOE

• 1 year: $30\.80/hr
• 2-3 years: $33/hr
• 4-6 years: $35/hr
• 7\+ years: $37/hr

\+$3\.50/hr for hours worked during second shift

\+$8/hr for weekends

Responsibilities

• Accept, verify, and process incoming blood samples
• Performs various testing procedures on donor and patient specimens
• Keep documentation
• Performs essential functions of the lab technician and lab assistant as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related life science
• 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist
• Valid and current Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in Immunohematology or Blood Banking
