Job Purpose
Join this unique and lean team called Strategic Operations, who partners directly with Executive Leadership to drive high-impact initiatives across operations, growth, and new business innovation. The team operates as an internal strategy and execution group, tackling the company’s most important priorities while working cross-functionally across the organization.
This role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a fast-growing healthcare platform. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, intellectually curious, and excited to roll up their sleeves to solve complex business challenges.
This role is hybrid and based in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Executive Leadership on strategic and operational priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning growth, operational optimization, and new business opportunities
- Develop financial models and business analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Drive site-level growth initiatives alongside Operations teams
- Support partner-facing discussions and strategic collaboration efforts
- Manage high-priority projects from strategy through execution
- Evaluate and prioritize key issues for the C-Suite to improve organizational effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new ancillary revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Help shape and execute initiatives that improve performance across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience from a top tier management consulting firm or private equity investing
- Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to operate in a highly hands-on environment
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture-backed companies, or similarly rigorous environments preferred
- Comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership teams or Boards of Directors
