Growth Marketing Manager

We’re hiring: Growth Marketing Manager (Remote, UK)

We’re looking for a data-driven growth marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. If you love testing, optimising, and turning spend into pipeline

What you’ll do:

• Own paid channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube \& more

• Optimise campaigns for CTR, conversion \& cost per lead

• Run experiments, A/B tests \& budget scaling

• Support landing pages, content promotion \& website improvements

What you bring:

• 2–4 years in PPC (Google, Meta, LinkedIn essential)

• B2B SaaS or developer audience experience

• Strong analytical \& attribution skills (GA4, CRM, UTMs)

• Confident writing ad copy for technical audiences

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate on campaigns, webinars \& launches
