Green Pointe Operations is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused

Senior Manager of Operations

to lead end-to-end facility operations across a fast-paced, multi-brand distribution environment. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across fulfillment, production/assembly, transportation, warehouse operations, and systems execution.

This leader will own both the daily performance and long-term operational strategy of the site — balancing service excellence, cost optimization, workforce leadership, food safety compliance, and scalable growth initiatives. What You’ll Own

As the Senior Manager, you will lead all operational functions within the Green Pointe facility, including:

✅ Warehouse fulfillment

✅ Production \& assembly operations

✅ Transportation \& local fleet execution

✅ Workforce planning \& seasonal scaling

✅ WMS \& operational systems optimization

✅ Site financial performance \& budget management

✅ Continuous improvement \& automation initiatives

You’ll lead both exempt and non-exempt leaders, full-time associates, CDL drivers, and a large seasonal workforce scaling to 75\+ associates during peak periods. This role directly influences throughput, service levels, labor strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and future facility scalability.

What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership \& Execution

• Lead all daily facility operations including receiving, picking, packing, assembly, shipping, and transportation
• Drive performance across key operational KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and on-time delivery
• Align production and fulfillment schedules to meet aggressive service commitments
• Optimize labor planning and operational capacity to support seasonal demand spikes
• Oversee WMS, transportation systems, and operational technology execution

Strategic Operations \& Continuous Improvement

• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with enterprise objectives
• Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and throughput optimization
• Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Champion automation opportunities, process redesign, and systems enhancements
• Lead post-peak operational reviews and drive actionable improvements

Financial \& Business Leadership

• Own site-level financial performance including labor, transportation, and operating expenses
• Monitor operational costs, forecast performance, and address budget variances proactively
• Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality, compliance, or customer experience

Talent Leadership \& Culture

• Build, coach, and develop high-performing operational leadership teams
• Create a culture rooted in accountability, engagement, safety, and operational excellence
• Partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to build scalable workforce strategies for peak periods
• Strengthen retention through leadership visibility, performance management, and team development
• Build succession pipelines and future operational leadership talent

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with inventory control, production, transportation providers, maintenance teams, brand partners, and corporate stakeholders
• Serve as the escalation point for complex operational challenges
• Represent Green Pointe Operations in enterprise-wide planning and strategic initiatives

Safety, Food Safety \& Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with employee safety standards, GMP, SQF, and security protocols
• Promote a strong food safety culture across all operational functions
• Maintain audit readiness and operational compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8\+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• 5\+ years leading leaders within warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or production environments
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional operations in high-volume environments
• Experience managing large seasonal workforce scaling
• Strong financial acumen with budget ownership experience
• Deep understanding of WMS, fulfillment systems, and transportation operations
• Proven ability to lead change, improve operational performance, and scale operations effectively
• Experience managing vendor relationships, transportation partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving, and ambiguous environments

Preferred Experience

• Food production, CPG, or high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment
• Automation implementation and systems optimization
• Multi-site operational leadership
• 3PL experience
