Job Description
At Indian Motorcycle, we’re carrying forward a legacy of innovation that began in 1901\. As we continue to evolve as a standalone organization, we’re building the teams, processes, and culture that will define our next chapter. We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support our Corporate Functions—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with leaders and employees to deliver thoughtful, practical HR support while helping to build a strong, connected, and high-performing organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a go-to HR partner for leaders and employees across corporate functions, providing day-to-day support and guidance
- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation with a balanced, solutions-oriented approach
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, and team growth
- Help drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with our values and evolving identity
- Assist in the execution of key HR processes including performance cycles, talent reviews, and development planning
- Provide input on organizational structure and team effectiveness, helping leaders navigate change and growth
- Collaborate across HR and business teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience
- Support the continued build-out and refinement of HR processes, tools, and communications as we scale
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally supporting corporate or business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Strong foundation in HR fundamentals, including employee relations and performance management
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment—comfortable with ambiguity and building as you go
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and influence at multiple levels
- Clear, thoughtful communicator with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- High level of discretion and sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field required
Why Join Us
- Be part of an iconic American brand with a rich heritage and exciting future
- Play a hands-on role in shaping the corporate employee experience during a period of transformation and growth
- Work alongside leaders who value partnership, ownership, and forward momentum
- Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a visible impact
- Compensation \& Benefits:
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
At Indian Motorcycle Company, we put our employees first, by offering a holistic approach to their health and financial well-being. IMC is proud to offer competitive compensation, including an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) that is fundamental to our pay-for-performance culture. Employees receive a generous matching contribution to 401(k), financial wellness education, and consultation to plan for their financial future. In addition to competitive pay, IMC provides a comprehensive suite of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, gym \& personal training reimbursement, life insurance, and disability offerings. Through Volunteer Time Off, we support employees who actively volunteer their time, efforts, and passions to improve the health and well-being of the communities of their choosing.
