Company Overview:

A leading main contractor with an extensive residential landbank across the Greater Dublin Area is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for residential projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, making sure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Summary:

• Lead site and project teams to deliver residential developments safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop and implement project execution plans, including programme, cost control, procurement, and risk management
• Manage key stakeholders including design teams, subcontractors, authorities, and client representatives
• Oversee commercial performance, ensuring cost control, value optimisation, and margin protection
• Ensure full compliance with H\&S, BCAR, and quality standards across all project stages
• Manage project delivery from design through construction, handover, and client completion stages

🎓

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree Qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 10\+ years post qualification experience
• Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractor experience at Project Manager / Contracts Manager level
• Managing contract values in the range of €10m – 50m
• Fast-track design / build experience in high density apartments delivery a distinct advantage
• Commitment to Health \& Safety; Quality Standards and setting the team culture
• Customer focus, end-product quality commitment
