Financial Analyst

Job Overview

TeamBuilderz LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about finance, analytics, and using data to support business decisions and financial planning.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data and reports
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgeting reports
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand financial requirements
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams
• Maintain financial records and documentation accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or financial modeling tools
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Exposure to ERP systems or financial databases
• Internship or academic project experience in finance or analytics
