Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee environmental projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is comfortable working directly with clients, visiting job sites, and managing projects end-to-end, from proposal through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from A–Z, including proposals, scoping, staffing, execution, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, attending meetings and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct and oversee projects involving mold, lead, asbestos, air monitoring, and abatement, with the ability to grow smaller investigations into larger remediation scopes.
• Visit job sites as needed to support investigations, monitoring, and compliance.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
• Manage projects and outcomes.

Essential Skills

• 6\+ years of experience in Environmental Science.
• Environmental science expertise.
• Hazmat certification.
• Air monitoring proficiency.
• Environmental compliance knowledge.
• Project management skills.
• Client communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations.
• Experience in environmental inspection.
• Air Monitor and Mold Licenses.

Additional Skills \& Qualifications

• EPA Lead Inspector Certification.
• Experience in the environmental field.
• Hazwoper certification.
• EPA license.

Work Environment

The work environment involves being in the office five days per week, typically from 9am to 5pm, with the requirement to visit sites as needed. The firm offers a fun culture with opportunities to learn and grow, and the chance to work with a wide range of clients and services.

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000\.00 - $115000\.00/yr.
