We are seeking a Capstone/College Advisory professional to join our team at Tindley Accelerated Schools. In this role, you will guide students through their capstone projects and college preparation processes, ensuring they are well-equipped for their academic journeys and future endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Guide students in developing and completing their capstone projects, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
• Provide personalized college advisory services, including application processes, essay writing, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive environment for student success.
• Organize workshops and seminars focused on college readiness and career exploration.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field;
• Experience in educational settings, particularly in college advising or project-based learning.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students towards academic success.
• Teaching License
