Director of Engineering

A rapidly expanding life sciences manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Director to lead process engineering operations at a key production site. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role with strong long-term growth potential and direct influence on site performance and strategic direction.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 15 engineers supporting equipment and process operations across commissioning, validation, qualification, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required
• 10\+ years of engineering experience within regulated manufacturing environments
• Prior experience in biologics, biopharmaceutical, or broader life sciences manufacturing
• Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams
