Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Product Analytics expert and play a key role in shaping data-driven product decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging your analytics expertise to influence product direction and user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product performance data to uncover insights that inform strategy and feature development.
- Develop and track key product metrics, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define success metrics and measure outcomes.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling and visualization.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across analytics platforms and ensure best practices in data collection.
- Champion a data-informed culture within the team, advocating for decisions rooted in analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product analytics or a closely related analytics role.
- Expert proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Strong command of product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, mobile, or consumer web product environments.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Background in user research, behavioral analytics, or customer journey mapping.
