Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a

Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer

building production-grade AI solutions across LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise GenAI applications.

This role sits within an agile AI \& ML engineering environment focused on developing scalable AI systems from experimentation through to deployment.

What you’ll be working on:

• Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Developing RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows
• Creating multi-agent systems with tool/function calling capabilities
• Optimising prompts, reasoning workflows, and model performance
• Collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and data teams to productionise AI solutions

Ideal background:

• 3–6 years

in ML Engineering, Applied AI, Data Science, or AI Engineering

• Strong Python engineering skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI systems
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks
• Exposure to production deployment, APIs, cloud environments, MLOps, or DevOps practices
• Experience building RAG systems or agentic AI workflows is highly preferred
