Junior Salesforce Admin

Introduction \& Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with 1–3 years of experience to support our team in optimizing the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of Salesforce, alongside familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential qualifications for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing basic Salesforce configuration tasks (e.g., user management, security settings)
• Assisting in creating and managing reports and dashboards
• Supporting data import/export activities
• Providing user training and support

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
