Senior Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will:

• Supervise and lead the Development team(s)
• Lead and coordinate software development, operations, quality assurance and testing
• Research and develop new products and procedures
• Recruit, train and lead other engineers and support staff
• Write employee reports and resolve internal issues
• Responsible for leading, motivating, engaging, as well as for career development (suggests training/courses) and mentoring of all members of the team
• Manage onshore and offshore development teams
• Follow Secure SDLC and ensure any security issues are identified before each release and are addressed instantaneously
• Execute on multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage multiple teams concurrently
• Monitor work and performance of team members and provide regular feedback to team members on the quality of their work
• Discuss and create frameworks and product specifications
• Plan deadlines for achieving company goals
• Write procedures and standards for product development
• Communicate and implement tasks received from senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 6\+ years of relevant experience software development management experience
